ServiceNow Administrator / Developer

For an international project in Europe, we are looking for a Full remote ServiceNow Administrator / Developer with +2 years of ServiceNow experience and one of the following ServiceNow areas: ITSM, APM, CSDM, HRSD, GRC or any other area.

Candidates need to be fluent in English.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Build and support technical design, perform development, unit testing and production deployment for ServiceNow implementations;
• Ensure that the solution is aligned with the agreed business process design, functional design and with ServiceNow best practices and architecture standards;
• Clarify business requirements with customers (requestors) and implement required system configuration and development changes, as per the agreed-upon technical design;
• Provide timely technical support for issues resolution including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and Post Go-Live support, including data maintenance. Work with end users and other support teams and vendors if required;
• Ensure that the required system documentation is completed and delivered prior to Go-Live;
• Provide the necessary support required for preparation and delivery of end user training;
• Coordinate application and platform upgrades;
• Timely update assigned tasks, provide response and solution within team SLA (Service Level Agreement) and release schedule;

Profile:

• Bachelor or Master degree;
• +2 years of related work experience as ServiceNow Administrator/ ServiceNow Developer;
• Experience in IT service management, ITIL certification preferred (ITIL v3-v5 Certification);
• Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations using REST, SOAP, etc;
• Demonstrated ability with ServiceNow incident, change, problem, request, CMDB and knowledge management applications;
• Working and configuration knowledge of Workspaces;
• Up-to-date knowledge of marketplace and technology changes pertinent to ServiceNow, monitoring tools, and ITIL processes;
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer;
• Experience troubleshooting integration management, security, and application issues;
• Experience on AI Skill configuration is an advantage;
• Fluent in English;
