ServiceNow Business Analyst

Full Time-Remote but local in Germany for occasional onsite travel

Overview:

We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join an exciting new growth in the team Customer Workflows & Employee Center team.

What will you be doing:

• Help lead processes for ServiceNow projects for the Customer Workflows & Employee Center team, focused in advancements in CSM & HRSD
• Speak with stakeholders across the business to help solve their pain points
• Gather business requirements to translate them into workable solutions
• Support the project while collaborating closely with a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team & the ServiceNow Architect
• Deliver testing or training, write user stories, draw process flow, write test cases etc

Experience:

• ServiceNow experience required
• 2+ years ServiceNow BA experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Admin(CSA) required
• Strong communication skills in German and English REQUIRED
