ServiceNow Catalogue Administrator (German speaking)

Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining the ServiceNow Service Catalog. Creating and updating catalog items and order guides. Configuring variables, variable sets, catalog UI policies, and catalog client scripts. Designing, configuring, and developing processes, sub-processes, and workflows. Analysing and implementing business and customer requirements. Advising Product Owners and internal stakeholders on the application of ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilities. Actively participating in technical and team-level decision-making. Requirements: University degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or another related field, combined with relevant professional experience. At least 1 year of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, particularly in the areas of Service Catalog, Service Portal, Employee Service Center, or Customer Service Portal. Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, design, and administration. Ability to clearly communicate technical, architectural, and organisational topics and propose practical solutions. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a customer service-oriented mindset. Proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative working style.
