ServiceNow CMDB Developer

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate!

Your Profile & DNA:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Developer to support the implementation and stabilization of a modern CMDB solution.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow CMDB capabilities.
• Build integrations between ServiceNow, Flexera, and NetBox.
• Work with REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Scripted APIs.
• Implement CI creation, update, reconciliation, and lifecycle management.
• Configure ACLs, roles, groups, access rights, and domain separation controls.
• Develop ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, data mismatches, transformation errors, and platform defects.
• Support testing, deployment, stabilization, performance tuning, and post-go-live activities.
• Work closely with architects and process consultants to deliver solutions aligned with governance and technical standards.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
• Solid experience with CMDB and CI data management.
• Proven experience building and supporting ServiceNow integrations.
• Strong JavaScript skills.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow security and access models.
• Experience with CMDB data quality, reconciliation, and CI lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate architecture and process requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification.
• Experience with ITOM, Discovery, Service Graph, or IntegrationHub.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise asset, licensing, infrastructure, or network platforms.
