🔑 Key Requirements
* Strong hands-on experience with *ServiceNow ITSM modules* – Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Service Portal, CMDB, Discovery, Release & Knowledge Management
* Experience with *Workflows, Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Actions, Catalog Items, Client Scripts & Flow Designer*
* Proficiency in *JavaScript, AngularJS, scripting & ServiceNow integrations*
* Experience with *CMDB, Discovery, Event Management & Asset Management*
* Exposure to integrations with *LDAP, SSO, JIRA, Workday, SCCM, Slack & Tanium*
* Good understanding of *Agile methodology* and strong communication skills
* *CIS – ITSM certification* will be an added advantage
