We would like to meet a ServiceNow CSM AI Experts for a project with a remote working model.

You should have:

• Excellent overall knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including architecture and CSDM

• Strong experience in ITSM

• Experience with CSM and OM is a strong plus

• A proven track record of designing and implementing AI-driven solutions on ServiceNow

Key technical experience:

We’re particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate real implementation experience with:

• Agentic AI workflows

• ServiceNow Build Agent

• AI Agents & ServiceNow AI Skills

• Prompt Engineering

• MCP (Model Context Protocol)

• A2A (Agent2Agent)
