The Solution Development Team at Danske Bank is part of a global organisation with team members in Lithuania and India. We develop, operate, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, providing key applications, integrations, and custom apps that enable both ITSM and wider business capabilities. Our work supports the operational backbone of the corporation, helping teams deliver reliable, compliant, and efficient services every day.
Danske Bank is looking for a ServiceNow Developer with deep proven experience, strong technical judgement, and the confidence to take ownership of complex platform solutions. In this role, you will work across ITSM processes, integrations, automation, and custom applications, while also challenging requirements, proposing improvements, and driving solutions that create long-term value for the organisation.

What You Will Be Doing
- Take ownership of the design, development, and optimisation of complex ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Build and enhance custom applications that support corporate operations and business-critical processes
- Provide technical input on integrations, automation, platform capabilities, and development best practices
- Create, propose, and drive new technical solutions in close collaboration with stakeholders
- Contribute to platform reliability, upgrades, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across the team
About You
- You bring substantial proven experience with ServiceNow development across ITSM processes and enterprise-scale solutions
- You can work independently with ServiceNow configuration, scripting, integrations, CMDB, and scalable platform development practices
- You can translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions and custom applications
- You are proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable challenging requirements, explaining technical trade-offs, and influencing solution direction
- You communicate clearly in English, collaborate with stakeholders, and enjoy sharing knowledge with colleagues
- Advanced English skills
What We Offer You
Monthly salary range from 4960 EUR to 7440 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
