What you will do:
• Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and platform enhancements;
• Execute API-based integrations using ServiceNow IntegrationHub and external systems;
• Build and maintain Scoped Applications using JavaScript and ServiceNow development frameworks;
• Configure automation and orchestration capabilities, support AI-driven platform features, and ensure solution quality through testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.
What you are like:
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments;
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (client-side and server-side), ServiceNow development, IntegrationHub, and API integrations;
• Experience with Scoped Application development, Git-based source control integration, and ServiceNow development best practices;
• Experience with ServiceNow Automation Engine, Now Assist capabilities, and CSA or ServiceNow Developer certifications is a plus.
