Join our team as a ServiceNow Developer Functional Consultant (Service Catalog & CSDM) (Remote - Portugal)!

What You’ll Do:

• Support Service Request Management, Service Catalog Management, and Service Offering Management within the ServiceNow platform.
• Design, configure, and maintain catalog items, request workflows, and service offerings.
• Support testing activities, including test case execution, validation, and defect tracking.
• Create and maintain solution documentation, user stories, and test cases.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform incident analysis, and support problem resolution.
• Ensure ServiceNow implementations follow CSDM (Common Service Data Model) standards and best practices.
• Contribute to service design, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and/or Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Service Request Management, Service Catalog, and/or Service Offering Management.
• Good understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Experience supporting software testing, including test execution and defect management.
• Ability to write and maintain technical documentation, user stories, and test cases.
• Experience with troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
