ServiceNow Developer (SecOps, IRM, AICT)

As a ServiceNow Developer for Security Operations, Integrated Risk Management and the AI Control Tower in Prague , you help build secure and responsible digital solutions that support NN’s future. You improve how teams manage risk and AI governance across the organization. In this role, your work helps protect our customers and supports better decision-making. Your impact at NN: what you will do You work on the ServiceNow platform to improve how risk and security processes and AI governance are managed across NN. You build solutions that help teams work more efficiently and meet compliance requirements. Your work connects different teams and systems across the organization. Key responsibilities: Develop and maintain solutions in ServiceNow, focusing on Security Operations, but also Integrated Risk Management and the AI Control Tower. Build and improve integrations between ServiceNow and other systems used by security and IT teams. Work closely with DevOps, Security and IT teams to understand needs and deliver practical solutions. Support the use of risk and compliance tools by making them easy to access and use. Monitor and improve platform performance, stability and user experience. Who you will work with You join the ServiceNow Security DevOps team within the NN Global CISO department. The team consists of six colleagues with different technical and functional backgrounds. You work closely together, share knowledge openly and support each other in daily work. Two developers are based in the Czech Republic and four in The Netherlands. You also collaborate with different stakeholders across NN, including DevOps teams, security specialists, risk managers, and sometimes legal and compliance teams. This means you have a broad network and can see the direct impact of your work across the organization. Personalized Onboarding: During your probation, we’ll help you settle in with more in-person support Who you are ​You have at least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow (CSA certified or equivalent experience). ​You have experience with JavaScript, integrations, and application development across the full lifecycle, including build, testing, and maintenance. ​You understand risk, security, or compliance domains and are motivated to develop expertise in AI security. ​You communicate clearly with stakeholders, understand business needs, and translate them into practical technical solutions. ​You proactively identify opportunities for improvement and take an entrepreneurial approach to delivering value. ​You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and support their development through knowledge sharing and coaching.
