ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Integration

Job Description This is a remote position. Key Responsibilities Integration Architecture & Implementation * Design, build, test, and maintain robust, scalable integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and Workday using IntegrationHub (Workday HR Spoke), custom REST/SOAP Web Services, and APIs. * Configure real-time and scheduled inbound/outbound data flows between Workday (source of truth for HCM) and ServiceNow HR Profiles/Tables (Worker Profile, Job/Org Data, Direct Reports). * Set up webhooks, data mappings, error-handling mechanisms, and logs to ensure high data integrity, system security, and performance across platforms. ServiceNow HRSD Development & Customization * Perform custom scripting across ServiceNow using JavaScript, Glide APIs (GlideRecord, GlideSystem, GlideAjax), Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes. * Configure and customize core HRSD modules: HR Case Management, HR Criteria, HR Profile Security, Lifecycle Events, HR Service Catalog, and Employee Center. * Build automated workflows using Flow Designer and workflow engines to trigger Workday transactions or pull Workday To-Dos/data directly into Employee Center widgets or Virtual Agent topics. Maintenance & Technical Leadership * Troubleshoot complex data sync issues, API failures, payload transformations, and script performance bottlenecks between ServiceNow and Workday. * Collaborate with HR business stakeholders, platform architects, and Workday administrators to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs. * Adhere to ServiceNow development best practices, maintain code hygiene, and document architecture, integration mapping specs, and data flows
