Required Experience

• 7+ years as a ServiceNow Developer, including 4+ years hands-on with SAM Pro.
• Strong SAM Pro expertise: Software Models, Entitlements, Discovery Models, Installations, Contracts, Normalization, Reconciliation & License Positions.
• Experience with Publisher Packs: Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, IBM, VMware, Salesforce.
• Strong JavaScript: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI/Data Policies & Workflows.
• Integration experience: REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server & Import Sets.
• Software discovery experience: MECM/SCCM, Active Directory, Tanium & ServiceNow Discovery.
• Strong understanding of software licensing: per-user/device/core, Server/CAL, PVU & socket-based models.
• Experience with license optimization/harvesting, compliance, dashboards, Performance Analytics, health checks, upgrades & performance tuning.
• Good understanding of CMDB, ITSM, ITOM and their integration with SAM Pro.
• Strong stakeholder communication, troubleshooting, documentation and mentoring skills.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred: ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS-SAM, ITIL Foundation, Agile/Scrum and HAM experience.
