As a Services and Connectivity Sr. Program Manager here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing strategic programs within the Services and Connectivity organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing program activities, ensuring the successful delivery of programs, and providing guidance to program management professionals. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive results will be essential in delivering programs on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model. Lead and manage strategic Services and Connectivity programs, ensuring successful delivery of business objectives. Develop and execute program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation within approved constraints. Drive program execution across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and delivery, utilizing industry-standard program management methodologies and tools. Partner with Customer Business Teams and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize deliverables, and achieve program goals. Establish and operate a robust Management Operating System (MOS), ensuring adherence to Honeywell Aerospace Product Delivery and Support processes and phase-gate governance. Monitor program and portfolio performance, managing financials, risks, issues, dependencies, forecasting, and capacity planning. Provide clear and timely communication, reporting, and executive-level presentations to stakeholders, leadership, and technical teams. Champion continuous improvement and best practices while supporting domestic and international travel requirements (approximately 25%). 10+ years of program management experience, including 5+ years leading complex development programs under Agile methodology Strong leadership, collaboration, and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence, mentor, and drive change across organizations. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment, making sound, timely decisions and balancing multiple priorities. Proven expertise in program management methodologies, including planning, forecasting, scheduling, resource loading, critical path analysis, risk management, and financial oversight. Strong knowledge of IPDS or similar product development frameworks; experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Microsoft Office. Experience in aerospace development programs, including integrated avionics products and services; knowledge of FAA regulations (TSO, STC, PMA) preferred. Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for raising standards and driving organizational excellence; Lean Six Sigma, PMI, and Earned Value Management experience are advantageous.
