A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $84,000 to $105,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. What will you be doing? World Wide Technology has an opportunity available for a Services Operations Lead to support our Financial Services customers. WWT's services are focused on leading edge technologies and related Services whether in Network Automation and Infrastructure as Code, expansion of DevOps in to the infrastructure Operations or Cybersecurity/resiliency and AIOps. Responsibilities: Lead business operations for Services from Sales through Delivery Partner closely with Account Leadership, Sales, Contract Management, Finance, Project Coordinators and Delivery Leads Develop and manage account processes and procedures around opportunity management, solution pricing, contract management, financial management , and resource management in an effort to consolidate and standardize core account activities Assist Sales and Delivery leads to ensure consistent and timely application of Services operations processes Prepare materials for weekly, monthly, and quarterly Services portfolio reviews Assist with overall account operations as needed
