Let’s start by introducing ourselves
Unloan is a new digital lending venture, backed by CommBank and built in x15 Ventures.
We are a diverse team of product managers, designers, engineers, risk managers and lenders. And we’re working together to deliver Australia's most-loved home loan experience.
We’re excited to welcome unbelievably smart and motivated customer service experts who think differently and want to make a difference. We are a remote-friendly company, so you can be based anywhere (and our team members come from all over Australia).
Our approach to home loan lending
We believe that the best loan journey combines a seamless digital experience from application all the way to settlement.
The interactions between customers and our people have an outsized impact on their experience – and we’re all about delivering great customer outcomes.
As a member of our Settlements Team, you will be:
- Responsible for all post approval tasks to ensure that customers receive a fast and exceptional settlements experience, including following up on loan documents, verifying settlement conditions, resolving settlement shortfalls and completing disbursements.
- Liaising with our Assessment Team to understand and unblock loan structures, financial pay-outs, applicable fees, and shortfall calculations.
- Monitoring your pipeline and liaising with customers and our third-party Settlement Agent to ensure daily settlements happen on time.
- Conducting retention discussions and effectively communicating our Unloan customer proposition and product offering.
- Performing key tasks to fast track the settlement experience for our customers, especially within PEXA.
- Supporting a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
- Identifying and suggesting improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
- Establishing and building your personal brand through providing a consistently gold standard of customer service.
- Enjoying the support of a Leader, who is fully vested in your success.
