You’ll support client integrations with game providers, manage setup requests, and coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operational stability. About Product: The SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator is a high-load casino games API platform that connects operator platforms to multiple remote game servers via a single integration. Behind the product is a team of engineers, DevOps specialists, integration experts, account managers, and partnership professionals who ensure reliable, secure, and scalable operations for operators worldwide. You'll solve complex technical challenges and help power one of the industry's leading aggregation platforms. Purpose of the role: You’ll manage client setup and integration processes across the aggregator platform to ensure efficient onboarding and seamless connectivity with game providers. Your work will directly impact client launch timelines, operational quality, and overall customer experience.
