About the Role The SharePoint Administrator is primarily responsible for supporting L1 role and assisting on SharePoint requests in the ticketing tool. Employment Type: 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension up to 1 year based on business requirements and performance. Responsibilities · Creating new SharePoint Sites, configuring and delivering them · Sending Guest invitations to External users and providing required support · Work on SharePoint Governance activities as per the policy defined in the governance document and trigger email notifications to respective owners · Generate of Audit reports and save in the SharePoint library · Update the Know your Site Owner list on monthly basis · Update content in the ECWiz site on weekly basis · Take required Action from SharePoint end on User Exit forms on Last working day Training, Quality and Compliance · Complete mandatory training for this role within specified timelines · Attend mandatory training sessions required for this role · Identify resources and training to support learning and development within this role · Comply with all applicable regulations, guidelines, SOPs and project-specific requirements · Comply with all designated systems relevant to this role · Ensure own quality control of all relevant processes and activities performed · Report and escalate identified risks and issues in areas of responsibility according to Emerald Clinical and/or project requirements Customer Focus and Teamwork · Attend and actively participate in Emerald Clinical meetings and other internal meetings and activities as required · Provide input to systems, tools and processes to support continuous improvement · Share knowledge with others, to facilitate learning and development across the organization Work Health and Safety · Comply with Work Health & Safety (WH&S) legislation and operate in accordance with established organisational WH&S practice and procedures · Promote and contribute to a safe, secure environment for staff and visitors About You · Any graduate with 6months - 1year of experience with Microsoft 365 certification, MS 900 · Strong communication skills (Written and Verbal) · Must have passed any of the Microsoft 365 examinations example MS-102 · Strong knowledge in SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive applications · Flexibility to work in different time zones · Good to have knowledge on Sharegate tool Why Join Us?
