Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective and existing clients, preparing financial proposals, conducting basic financial analysis, and ensuring all recommendations align with Shariah principles and regulatory requirements. The Executive will also follow up on client queries, maintain accurate records, collaborate with team members on campaigns, and participate in training and development sessions to stay updated on products and industry trends. The role requires consistent professional communication, proactive client outreach, and a focus on building long-term client relationships.

• Strong understanding or willingness to learn Shariah principles, Takaful concepts, and Islamic wealth planning.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, present financial solutions, and build trust-based professional relationships.
• Basic financial literacy, including the ability to interpret simple financial data, prepare proposals, and explain product benefits.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients, follow-ups, and documentation accurately.
• Comfort with using digital tools and office software for client management, reporting, and remote collaboration.
• Motivated, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
• Previous experience in financial services, insurance/Takaful, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Diploma or degree in finance, business, economics, Islamic studies, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
