SHE Responsible Indjija

What you´ll do As SHE Responsible – Plant Indjija, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving Safety, Health, Environment, Fire Protection, and Waste Management systems in line with local legislation and Henkel global standards. You will coordinate risk assessments, audits, trainings, incident investigations, and sustainability reporting, while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. This role closely cooperates with production, engineering, contractors, and external authorities to ensure a safe, compliant, and sustainable working environment. What makes you a good fit You hold a university degree in a technical or technological field and have at least 2 years of experience in SHE, occupational safety, or environmental management within an industrial environment. You are certified as an Occupational Safety Advisor, fluent in English, and confident in working with digital reporting systems and databases. Strong knowledge of safety legislation, risk assessment, audit processes, and sustainability principles is advantage, along with excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
