Job Title: Shopify Specialist (LatAm - Fully Remote)

Location: Remote (Latin America)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours/week)

Compensation: $7.00 USD / hour

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Shopify Specialist based in Latin America to join our team immediately.

This is a full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week) offering long-term stability and great growth opportunities as our e-commerce operations expand. In this role, you will review quote data, manage spreadsheets, build and update landing pages on Shopify, and leverage modern AI tools to streamline administrative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Review incoming quotes and accurately transfer detailed information into spreadsheets.
• Organize, maintain, and audit quote data to ensure high accuracy.
• Create and update landing pages on Shopify using native page editors and page builder applications.
• Utilize AI tools to support administrative tasks and optimize daily operational processes.
• Communicate effectively across teams and manage daily tasks independently to hit deadlines.

Requirements

• Location: Must be located in Latin America.
• Availability: Must be available to start immediately.
• Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience: Background in data entry, administrative support, Shopify management, or similar roles preferred.
• Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets).
• Shopify Skills: Practical experience creating or modifying landing pages using Shopify or page builder apps.
• Tech Aptitude: Comfortable and efficient using AI tools for administrative support.
• Core Competencies: Outstanding attention to detail, highly organized, and able to work independently.

Schedule & Hours

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (Full-Time, 40 hours/week).
• Work Setup: 100% Remote.
