Short-Form Video Editor & Social Content Specialist

Company Description Madani is a mobile and web platform designed for camel breeders and the veterinarians who support them, centralizing mating dates, pregnancy results, gestation timelines, re-test schedules, and lifetime reproductive histories in one accessible place. Madani is launching first in the United Arab Emirates, with expansion planned across the wider GCC region.

What you'll do

• Plan, film-direct, and edit short-form vertical video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Snapchat
• Own our content calendar end to end — from idea to post to performance
• Spot trends early and turn them into content that fits our brand
• Write hooks and captions that earn the watch and the share
• Manage our communities and reply to comments/DMs
• Track what's working and double down on it using real engagement data

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a content creator / social media manager — this is not an entry-level role
• A strong track record creating content specifically for TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat
• Confident short-form video editing (CapCut and/or Premiere Pro / After Effects)
• A sharp eye for pacing, hooks, captions, and trending audio
• Fluent written Arabic (English is a strong plus)
• Self-driven and reliable — you can own a channel without being micromanaged
