Short Term Property Rental Specialist (Remote – Philippines) Location: Remote Salary: PHP 50,000/month + Performance Bonuses Benefits: 10 days PTO, Annual Appraisal, Career Growth Opportunities, Healthcare Benefits Schedule: U.S. Hours About the Role SmartScale360 is looking for a Short Term Property Rental Specialist to support our U.S.-based property operations. You’ll handle daily property management tasks to ensure smooth operations and high-quality guest experiences. This role is ideal for candidates with short-term rental or property operations experience who are proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage guest communication across platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, direct bookings) Ensure timely, professional responses aligned with brand standards Handle escalated guest issues via phone, email, or messaging Proactively identify and resolve guest service gaps Coordinate guest-related operational requests, including: Pool heating requests Guest special accommodations Vendor coordination for cleaning and maintenance Monitor supply inventory and coordinate restocking needs Ensure listings are accurate and updated across all booking platforms Process guest refunds accurately and promptly Submit and track damage claims with insurance providers Maintain and improve operational workflows and SOP compliance Ensure consistent execution of property standards across all listings Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements Uphold high service standards and overall guest experience quality Perform administrative support tasks including data entry, tracking, record maintenance, and report updates Maintain organized documentation of guest concerns, resolutions, and operational activities Tools Experience with (or willingness to learn): Guesty Airbnb Vrbo Guesty Locks Guesty Accounting Slack Google Docs and Gmail Required Qualifications 1+ year of property management or short-term rental experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proven ability to manage and lead remote teams Customer service mindset with problem-solving ability Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment High level of accountability and ownership Work-From-Home Requirements: Device: Intel i5 + 8 GB RAM minimum 100 Mbps internet Backup device, internet, and power supply Why Join SmartScale360?
