SIOP Operations Demand, Capacity & Inventory Planning Specialist CTTR

As a member of BA IEMEA SIOP Operations Demand, Capacity & Inventory Planning Team your primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective coordination of demand forecasting, capacity planning, optimizing inventory levels and inventory accuracy, and monitoring processes, which includes following key tasks: Maintain the demand planning process and ensure completeness across all verticals and product clusters Oversee capacity planning activities to ensure alignment with demand forecasts and operational capabilities Develop and implement inventory planning strategies to balance inventory levels with customer demand, production capabilities, and financial targets based on the results of the monthly SIOP process Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and production teams to gather input and insights for demand forecasting, determine optimal inventory levels for finished goods Monitor demand forecast accuracy, identify deviations, and drive corrective actions when necessary Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and communicate findings to stakeholders Optimize inventory replenishment parameters, such as reorder points and safety stock levels, based on demand variability and service level targets Academic degree in SCM, Economics, Engineering, Operations, Business or similar qualification Professional experience in Supply chain Planning, E2E SIOP operations Good know-how in SCM tools and methods, in particular familiarity with the supply chain planning area Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) Fluent German language skills (written and spoken) is advantage High level regarding SCM Process understanding Solid SAP know-how Openness to work within an international organization / context High level of customer orientation The 13th salary – Paid once a year, in December; Meal tickets - With a value of 40 Ron; Hybrid schedule – Work-life balance is important, so we offer a flexible schedule.
