Site manager (f/m/d) Workload: 100% Join us in shaping the future of renewable energy by delivering high-quality PV projects across Italy. You will work in an international environment where collaboration, safety and innovation drive every project forward. What you will do: Lead, plan and coordinate all construction activities on site during execution and commissioning phases Coordinate contractors and subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality and timely project delivery Oversee HSEQ compliance and report potential risks, hazards and improvement opportunities Monitor construction progress, equipment deliveries and site documentation including weekly reports Ensure all works comply with local, national and international regulations as well as technical specifications Organize and participate in onsite meetings, testing, commissioning and final acceptance activities What you bring & who you are: Degree in civil, electrical or a similar engineering field 3 to 5 years experience in construction site management, ideally within renewable energy or infrastructure projects Good technical understanding of electrical or civil works Italian and English language skills; ideally, you also speak Spanish, French or German Ideally, certifications such as “Preposto”, “Primo Soccorso” and “Antincendio”; support can be provided to obtain them Structured, responsible and independent working style with willingness to travel extensively and work onsite full-time About the team: You will join a diverse and supportive construction team committed to delivering renewable energy projects across Europe.
