About Us In 2019, the founders were working as engineers solving complex cross-domain problems within government organisations. TwinStream was formed to bring together their collective expertise and experience into a single business, focused on delivering technical excellence and high-quality service to clients. Since then, the company has grown to over 100 team members across the UK, with colleagues working both on-site with clients, hybrid and remotely from home. The Details Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 DOE Location: Fully remote until our Bristol office is completed (expected early/mid 2027), then moving to a hybrid model of 3 days onsite in Bristol and 2 days working from home. Security Clearance: Eligible for SC and/or DV Clearance The Role As a Site Reliability Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining resilient systems that support critical operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our platforms are scalable, secure, and reliable. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to influence technical direction, improve system performance, and contribute to meaningful projects. What You’ll Be Doing Designing and maintaining reliable, scalab le physical and virtual in frastructure Monitoring system performance and proactively resolving issues Automating processes using tools such as Ansible to improve efficiency and consistency Collaborating with engineers and stakeholders across the business Supporting continuous improvement of systems, tools, and practices Operating across the full infrastructure stack, from bare metal systems through to virtualised deployments and the applications running within them. What We’re Looking For We recognise that no one ticks every box.
