This role is with Accellacare , part of ICON's clinical research network, where you’ll play a key role in transforming the clinical trial experience for patients and sponsors alike. As a Site Selection Specialist, you will support feasibility and site selection activities across multiple countries, ensuring we engage the right sites with the right capabilities while maintaining quality, compliance, and excellent collaboration. What You Will Be Doing: Identify and engage potential investigators and sites using data, research, and local insights Build strong relationships with sites to support feasibility and study participation Conduct phone selection visits and gather country intelligence to support decisions Ensure accurate documentation and data quality in relevant systems Work cross functionally with Study Start Up and CRA Management to drive timelines Track site feedback and maintain transparency on selection outcomes Champion process improvement and contribute to operational excellence Your Profile: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field 2+ years' experience in clinical research working at site, feasibility and/or site selection activities Strong communication and relationship-building skills Skilled in data management and problem solving with attention to detail Fluency in English Proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment #LI-ED1 #LI-Remote #LI-Accellacare Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
