Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing daily construction activities and coordinating with on-site teams and project managers. This position involves monitoring work progress, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, safety standards, and quality requirements, and reporting project status to management. The Site Supervisor will review construction documentation, support resource planning, and assist with resolving operational issues in collaboration with field staff. The role includes frequent communication via phone, email, and digital tools to guide site activities, track materials and labor, and support efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction supervision or site management, with a solid understanding of building processes and standards.
• Strong skills in project coordination, scheduling, and basic cost tracking to support timely and efficient project delivery.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents, and communicate them clearly to on-site teams.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations, with a commitment to promoting safe working conditions.
• Proficiency with digital tools for remote supervision, including email, video calls, and project documentation software.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote capacity, manage multiple tasks, and make sound decisions under time constraints.
• Diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
