We’re looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of our marketing, brand and promotional activity. About the role Reporting to the General Manager Commercial and Marketing, you will translate organisational priorities into effective marketing plans, campaigns and brand initiatives. You will: Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans and campaigns across key programmes, services and audiences Lead the stewardship and evolution of the SLSNZ brand, ensuring it is represented consistently and compellingly Bring our impact to life through strong storytelling, creative content and audience engagement Work with partners and agencies to deliver aligned campaigns and high-quality commercial activations Collaborate with fundraising, partnerships, communications, sport and operational teams Oversee the effectiveness of our digital channels, working closely with the Digital Marketing Executive Use audience insights and campaign data to evaluate performance and guide future activity Manage marketing priorities, budgets, suppliers and delivery timeframes Lead, coach and support the Digital Marketing Executive Identify opportunities to improve the reach, effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing activity For full position description click here. About you You’ll be a strategic and hands-on marketing leader who combines creativity with strong commercial judgement and disciplined delivery. You will bring: Demonstrated experience developing and delivering integrated marketing strategies and campaigns Strong brand-management and stewardship capability Experience working across digital marketing, audience engagement and campaign performance The ability to build effective relationships with partners, agencies and internal stakeholders Excellent communication and storytelling skills Strong planning, prioritisation and budget-management capability Confidence using data and insights to inform decisions and improve results Experience leading, coaching and developing others A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across a diverse organisation Experience in partnership marketing, sponsorship activation, fundraising or a purpose-led organisation would be valuable.
