Overview

One of our clients seeks Korean-speaking business professionals or small business owners to evaluate and compare responses generated by multiple AI chatbots across realistic small business use cases. This project involves creating realistic business scenarios, interacting with AI chatbots, evaluating response quality, and providing structured comparative feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic business-related prompts based on defined user goals and scenarios.
• Interact with multiple AI chatbots, with up to 5 turns per conversation.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for clarity, usefulness, accuracy, relevance, and overall quality.
• Compare responses from multiple AI systems and identify strengths, weaknesses, and potential issues.
• Provide structured feedback and comparative evaluations based on established guidelines.
• Submit conversation transcripts and evaluation results accurately and within project timelines.

What You'll Work On

• Create and evaluate AI-generated visual content for marketing scenarios.
• Evaluate AI responses related to day-to-day business operations and customer interactions.
• Conduct market research and contribute ideas based on your business knowledge and experience.
• Work with business data to support analysis and financial planning scenarios.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for realistic small business use cases.
• Work with input materials such as spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and other business-related documents.

Requirements

• Experience as a business owner, entrepreneur, or professional with strong knowledge of small business operations.
• Ability to provide business-related documents in Korean for use in the project.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify factual, logical, or contextual issues in AI-generated responses.
• Ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines consistently.
• Comfortable interacting with multiple AI tools and chatbot interfaces.
• Strong Korean language proficiency.
• Ability to work independently in a remote project-based environment.
