🚀 We’re Hiring: Smart Contract Developer / CTF Engineer

Hamonis is building a hands-on Web3 cybersecurity learning platform focused on interactive challenges, real-world blockchain vulnerabilities, and practical smart contract security.

We’re looking for a Smart Contract Developer / CTF Engineer who can build smart contracts and create realistic, intentionally vulnerable contracts for cybersecurity CTF challenges.

🔐 What You’ll Do

• Develop smart contracts using Solidity and/or Rust
• Create intentionally vulnerable smart contracts for CTF challenges
• Design vulnerabilities based on the OWASP Smart Contract Top 10
• Build realistic exploit scenarios and attack paths
• Write PoCs and tests demonstrating vulnerabilities
• Develop beginner to advanced smart contract security challenges
• Create and maintain isolated challenge environments
• Work with Docker to deploy and manage challenge environments

🛠️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Solidity OR Rust OR both
• Understanding of smart contract vulnerabilities and blockchain security
• Ability to create or reproduce vulnerable smart contracts
• Understanding of the OWASP Smart Contract Top 10 or similar vulnerability classifications
• Experience with Docker
• Basic Linux knowledge
• Ability to work with isolated environments for security challenges
• Familiarity with smart contract development and testing frameworks such as Foundry, Hardhat, or equivalent

⭐ Nice to Have

• CTF challenge development experience
• Smart contract auditing experience
• Experience with DeFi protocols
• Experience creating exploit PoCs

🎯 Ideal Candidate

You don't need to be an expert in everything.

We're interested in developers with strong hands-on experience in Solidity, Rust, or both, who are interested in cybersecurity and can think like an attacker.

If you can take a smart contract, identify how it could be vulnerable, reproduce the vulnerability, and turn it into a practical CTF challenge — we want to hear from you.
