About the Team We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers. Tasks: Developing and implementing an SMM strategy for major platforms (Instagram, YouTube, X, Telegram, LinkedIn, and others) to increase brand awareness and audience engagement Monitoring current trends and implementing new formats Creating and managing content that resonates with the target audience, including the use of AI tools to generate creative content and optimize the content calendar Analyzing the effectiveness of SMM campaigns using engagement, reach, and conversion metrics, and adjusting the strategy based on the data obtained Collaborating with internal teams and contractors (design, marketing, product) Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing (SMM) for international markets Experience working with Instagram and X, and an understanding of each platform’s algorithms and unique features A current portfolio with statistics and examples of posts on Instagram and X English and Russian proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher—strong conversational skills are essential Experience working with AI tools for content planning and analytics Ability to analyze campaign effectiveness and work with metrics and reports Creativity, organization, and initiative Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes We offer: Remote work model; Competitive remuneration; Professional courses: from Coursera to Harvard; Friendly, enjoyable and positive environment.
