ALSERRY L.L.C. is looking for a talented Snowflake Application Engineer to join our growing Data & Analytics team.

In this role, you'll help modernize enterprise data platforms by completing Microsoft Access to Snowflake migrations, developing Streamlit applications & building AI-powered solutions using Snowflake Cortex and Model Context Protocol (MCP).

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:

- We are hiring a Snowflake Application Engineer to join our Data & Analytics team.

- This is a hands-on engineering position focused on three major areas:

𝐒𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 → 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐥𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 → 𝐀𝐈/𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐱 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

- The immediate priority is completing the migration of a large library of Microsoft Access queries into native Snowflake.

- Approximately𝟕𝟓% 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝, and AI-assisted conversion processes are already available. The engineer will be responsible for completing the remaining migration, validating converted queries, resolving complex conversion issues, and ensuring the final Snowflake implementation accurately matches the existing business logic.

- Once the migration is complete, the engineer will build a Streamlit application that allows business users to browse, search, and execute the Snowflake query and function library.

- The role will also work with 𝐒𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐱, 𝐀𝐈 𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥 (𝐌𝐂𝐏) to allow users to access and interact with Snowflake data through natural language.

- We are looking for someone who is technically strong, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly with U.S.-based technical and business teams.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

✔ Complete Microsoft Access to Snowflake SQL migrations

✔ Develop Streamlit applications for business users

✔ Build AI-powered solutions using Snowflake Cortex

✔ Integrate AI agents and natural language capabilities

✔ Optimize SQL performance and maintain development standards

✔ Collaborate with U.S.-based technical and business teams

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• 2-4+ years of Snowflake development experience

• Strong SQL and Python skills

• Experience with Streamlit

• Familiarity with Snowflake Cortex, AI agents, or LLM technologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
