THE ROLE AND THE TEAM As part of Zalando Content Solutions, the Content Supply Network team enables the scaling of content production, partner-facing services and emerging content solutions through external partners and operational ecosystems. We combine operational excellence, partner management and build-and-scale capabilities to transform new concepts, technologies and production models into scalable operations. Acting at the intersection of operations, innovation and execution, we help Content Solutions translate validated opportunities into scalable services, production models and partner solutions. We are looking for a Senior Account Partner Manager to help shape and scale the next generation of content production, content services and partner-facing solutions. You will build and steer strategic partner ecosystems, operationalize new solutions and contribute to the development of scalable content and AI-enabled services. As a trusted partner to internal stakeholders and external partners, you will help bridge innovation, operations and execution to support the future growth of Content Solutions. Build scalable partner ecosystems, ensure operational excellence and support the successful delivery of content and partner-facing services. Identify and onboard new partners, steer performance and create the conditions required for sustainable growth and scaling. Design, test and scale new production models, content services and AI-enabled solutions. Combine creative understanding with technical and operational expertise to evaluate emerging technologies, develop new production approaches and translate validated concepts into scalable operations. Drive the implementation of AI-enhanced workflows and help turn successful pilots into repeatable business solutions. Drive close collaboration with internal teams and external partners across the full lifecycle of initiatƒives and services. Align stakeholders around priorities, facilitate workshops and retrospectives, and continuously improve ways of working across teams and partner ecosystems. Monitor partner performance, quality and operational effectiveness. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards and collaborate with procurement to establish scalable and value-driven commercial models, contracts and pricing structures. Act as a role model for Zalando values, support and mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative and growth-oriented team environment. WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF You bring strong experience in managing external partners, services or high-volume content operations, ideally with hands-on experience in content production environments. You have a proven track record in developing, operationalizing and scaling new production methods, ideally AI-enhanced, and translating innovative concepts into scalable business operations. You have proven experience in building and implementing new workflows, production models or service offerings and successfully scaling them from pilot phases into live operations. You have experience operating at the intersection of business, operations and external partners, turning new concepts or requirements into scalable services, workflows or operating models. You are passionate about AI, automation and emerging technologies, with a proven track record of evaluating new technologies and translating them into operationally viable production methods and scalable outcomes. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable operating where technologies, processes and business requirements evolve continuously. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and a strong solution-oriented mindset. You are an excellent communicator, able to align stakeholders and navigate complex situations effectively.
