We are looking for a Senior Security Operations Analyst to join one of our biggest clients, a leading organization specialized in managed services, cloud transformation, and cybersecurity operations, supporting and protecting business-critical environments for a diverse portfolio of customers.

Full Remote | Nearshore to the Netherlands

What you will do:

• Monitor, investigate, and remediate security incidents, acting as a key contributor within a Security Operations Center (SOC);

• Manage and optimize security technologies including Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, Log Management platforms, Cloud Security solutions, and security playbooks;

• Analyze complex incidents, prepare security advisories and escalation reports, provide recommendations to stakeholders, and support security improvement initiatives;

• Collaborate with Information Security Officers and technical teams while maintaining operational procedures, documentation, and security governance standards.

What you are like:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Security technologies and Security Operations environments;

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft 365/O365 Security, Azure Security, SIEM platforms, Log Management solutions, ESET Antivirus, and vulnerability management tools such as Nessus;

• Solid knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking fundamentals, security monitoring, routers, switches, access points, and protocols such as DNS, NTP, SMTP, HTTP, and HTTPS;

• Microsoft security certifications such as SC-200, SC-900, SC-100, SC-300, SC-400, Azure Security certifications, or Microsoft 365 Security certifications are highly valued. CISSP, CCSP, CEH, and OSCP certifications are considered a strong plus;

• Previous experience in SOC environments, fluent English communication skills, and availability to participate in on-call/standby rotations.
