Conduct on-site and remote social compliance assessments at supplier and manufacturing facilities. Review and evaluate corrective action plans (CAPAs), audit findings, and supporting documentation. Assess factory management systems and identify opportunities to improve compliance and operational effectiveness. Partner with factory management teams to develop practical remediation plans and monitor progress. Support the delivery of advisory services related to labor standards, human rights, and responsible sourcing programs. Assist in the development of training materials, tools, and best practices for factories and internal teams. Deliver training sessions in both English and Spanish when required. Review reports for quality, accuracy, and consistency before final submission. Coordinate field activities, logistics, and research related to assigned projects and regions. Collaborate with Program Managers and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives. Promote continuous improvement and contribute to team development. Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Business, Industrial Engineering, Sustainability, International Relations, Human Resources, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in social compliance, responsible sourcing, supplier auditing, CSR, ESG, labor rights, sustainability, or related areas. Knowledge of labor laws, international labor standards, human rights frameworks, and supply chain compliance programs. Experience conducting audits, factory assessments, or CAPA reviews is highly preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders in multicultural environments. Strong relationship-building skills and confidence interacting with factory management and leadership teams.
