Social Content Experimenter 40 hours / week - Hybrid - São Paulo office Inner Circle is built for singles who know what they want. As our Social Content Experimenter, you're the one testing what actually works. You create, post, dissect and iterate on Inner Circle social content — fast, constantly, on your own judgment. Every hook you kill or scale sharpens the whole team's content game. Part instinct, part data, all speed. You'll report to our Creative Studio Manager. What you'll do: Run a high-paced experimentation flow that tests 5–10 hooks/formats per week Try new angles, formats and narratives every week Give the Content Team fast, clear performance insights Scale winners into repeatable formats, kill losers fast Create content built for testing, not just publishing (20% static, 80% video) Produce on-brand design and video sized for quick iteration Work with the Creative Studio to move from concept to live test fast Push new native formats (Reels, Carousel, Stories) to test more Supply at least 60% of Brazil's Instagram feed volume through always-on testing Own a live testing calendar with a clear cadence Choose timing, format and copy based on the BR audience Launch every test with a clear hypothesis Turn test results into optimisations that compound organic reach Analyse what's working and why, test by test Turn insights into sharper hooks, formats and creative direction Share learnings to raise the team's content bar Turn winning organic tests into ready-to-scale acquisition creative Build hybrid content that works as both organic and paid, no reshoots Flag top performers to Paid Media for acquisition campaigns Test hooks and pacing that hold up on both organic and paid Who You Are: Hands-on experience creating and editing short-form video (Reels, TikTok-style edits) for Instagram Full ownership mindset: you create, publish, analyse and optimise without waiting for a brief Bias for action: you move fast, test ideas, and improve on the go Data-driven: you use performance data to guide creative decisions Strong visual craft: on-brand, recognisable design and video, delivered independently Sharp trend awareness: you spot what's emerging and turn it into content fast Structured and organised, comfortable running a high-volume testing calendar Experience with dating, subscription, or consumer app content is a plus Native or fluent Portuguese, with working proficiency in English You live in São Paulo or are willing to relocate What We Offer: A fulltime job that makes a positive impact on people's lives A competitive fee matched with your experience and ambition An amazing work environment in our São Paulo office A Macbook or other hardware of your choice to be able to do your job Stay healthy and bring your own device allowance Training and development budget Frequent team get-togethers and team activities Free Inner Circle VIP membership for you and your single friends About Inner Circle Inner Circle is a dating app built on the contrarian belief: opposites don't attract.
