Integrated Project Manager (SA)

Role overview
The Integrated Project Manager will be the day-to-day operational engine for the client's pilot, ensuring social content work moves cleanly from brief intake through planning, production, review, approval and delivery. The role will support a multi-market social studio model across global, UK and France workstreams, coordinating with Social, Creative, Strategy, Data, Account and market stakeholders to keep delivery on time, on brief and to the agreed standard.
Role mission
- Own the end-to-end delivery rhythm for assigned client briefs, ensuring work is clearly scoped, planned, resourced, tracked and delivered.
- Create clarity for cross-functional teams by maintaining accurate timelines, status updates, dependencies, decisions, and next steps.
- Protect delivery quality by flagging risks early, managing approvals, supporting quality checks and ensuring final assets are delivered to specification.
- Support the setup and continuous improvement of client ways of working, including workflow templates, briefing standards, governance routines and reporting inputs.
- Help connect global and local market requirements, ensuring UK and France social workflows remain aligned while still allowing for local market nuance.
What you will be doing
Project planning and delivery
- Manage assigned social, creative and production projects from brief intake through delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones and resource views for always-on, campaign, reactive and adaptation work.
- Coordinate delivery across social media management, content creation, creative, strategy, data and account teams.
- Run day-to-day project check-ins and ensure agreed outputs, owners, deadlines and approvals are clear.
- Maintain accurate project status information so leadership has a clear view of active work, blockers and priorities.
Workflow, governance and process
- Support the design and embedding of the client ways of working, including briefing, intake, triage, review, approval and delivery processes.
- Review incoming briefs for completeness, flag gaps or unclear requirements, and help convert loose asks into actionable project plans.
- Support the development of workflow templates, delivery trackers, status reporting formats and governance routines.
- Help ensure teams are working consistently across global, UK and France workstreams while adapting to local requirements where needed.
- Contribute to retrospective reviews and continuous improvement of workflow efficiency, quality and stakeholder experience.
Stakeholder and team coordination
- Act as a key operational contact for internal stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Facilitate clear, concise communication between Account, Social, Creative, Strategy, Data and market teams.
- Maintain alignment on scope, timings, dependencies, priorities and approval requirements.
- Escalate risks and decision points to the appropriate Account or Programme lead with a proposed recommendation.
- Support onboarding and knowledge transfer for new team members, workstreams and processes during the pilot mobilisation period.
Quality, risk and delivery control
- Track project risks, dependency issues and approval delays, ensuring these are visible and managed early.
- Support quality control by ensuring deliverables are checked against brief, brand requirements, platform specifications and delivery instructions.
- Manage version control, file naming, asset filing and handover requirements so final assets are easy to locate and reuse.
- Ensure delivery documentation is kept current, including status updates, action logs, project trackers and post-delivery notes.
- Support timely, accurate inputs into reporting, dashboards, QBR preparation and pilot learning reviews.
What you need to be great in this role
- Strong project management or production coordination experience within a creative, marketing, social, digital or content production environment.
- Experience managing high-volume social content workflows across multiple stakeholders, channels, brands or markets.
- Good understanding of social-first creative production, including platform-native formats, content calendars, campaign delivery and adaptation workflows.
- Confident user of project management and workflow tools.
- Excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to manage several moving parts without losing momentum.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to structure updates for both delivery teams and senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with distributed teams across different markets, time zones and disciplines.
- Proactive, solutions-focused and able to flag risks early with a practical recommendation.
- Experience with FMCG, food and beverage, social media studios, community management or multi-market content delivery would be an advantage.
- Curiosity around AI-enabled workflow, automation, briefing, reporting or content operations would be beneficial.
