Social Media And Communications Manager

What You Will Do

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and communication strategy aligned with HCG’s brand identity and business goals.
• Content Creation: Craft high-quality, engaging visual and written content across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other key platforms.
• Community Engagement: Monitor our social channels, engage with our audience, foster conversations, and build relationships with developers, partners, and clients.
• Campaign Management: Lead promotional campaigns for our software products, open-source initiatives, and recruitment drives (like our internship programs).
• Brand Voice: Maintain and refine HCG’s professional, tech-forward, and human-centric tone across all external communications.
• Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to continuously optimize engagement and reach.

Who You Are

• The Communicator: You have exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. You can translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and relatable content.
• The Creator: You have a keen eye for design and basic experience with tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite to create clean, modern social graphics.
• The Strategist: You understand how social algorithms work and know how to grow organic reach, especially on professional networks like LinkedIn.
• The Tech-Savvy Mind: You are comfortable working alongside software developers and have an interest in modern technology, coding, or digital product design.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience managing social media, public relations, or communications (experience in the tech or startup sector is a major plus).
