Experience Needed/Responsibilities: - Pull raw video content from Google Drive and repurpose into platform-specific assets (reels, long-form, posts) - Upload content to YouTube; chop into short and long-form reels for Instagram and Facebook - Create screen grabs and formatted posts for LinkedIn with platform-appropriate tone - Write captions with strong brand voice — must land emotionally, not just grammatically (puns, humor, audience awareness) - Occasional graphic design projects (print media, formatted assets) — brand guide with colors and fonts already provided - Future scope: light administrative tasks (report running, general ops support) Good to have: - Someone who manages their own personal brand - Genuine love for social media creation and content Non-negotiable Requirements: - Strong written English - captions must resonate with a high-income Northern Virginia audience.
