facadetool is a browser based tool that turns a single facade photograph into a clean, perspective-corrected elevation drawing ready for CAD and BIM in minutes. It rectifies perspective, segments architectural elements, reconstructs occluded lines, and removes transient objects such as people, cars and trees. Outputs download as DXF or PNG and open directly in Rhino, AutoCAD and Revit.

Architects, heritage teams, facade engineers, surveyors and students use facadetool for early stage design studies, measured surveys, refurbishment documentation, shop drawings, competition submissions and quantity take-offs. It's built by architects, for architects, and has grown to over 30,000 users across 80+ countries entirely through word of mouth with no marketing spend to date.

Role Description

This is a part-time freelance role, roughly 20 hours per week, fully remote. You would work directly with the founder. There is no marketing department, which means less process and faster decisions, but also that you need to be comfortable running your own workload.

What you'd produce

• Total of 20 pieces per month for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Short-form video: before/after conversions, screen recordings of the tool in use, cut to music
• Image carousels drawing on the facade
• Short captions in English, in a consistent voice

Requirements

• Strong visual taste. This matters more than anything else on this list, please send work, not a description of your work
• Confident short-form video editing (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, whichever you're fastest in)
• Written English good enough for captions read by an international audience
• Able to work to a monthly deliverable list without daily check-ins

Nice to have

• Architecture, design or photography background
• Familiarity with CAD/BIM workflows
• Prior content work for technical or B2B audiences
• No degree required.

Terms

• $400–500 per month depending on experience, paid monthly
• Begins with one paid trial: three pieces of content from material I provide, $30
• Ongoing, with room to grow the scope if it goes well
