Most coaches have great things to say — they just never get seen. We help design professionals get unstuck, and the raw footage is great. What's missing is someone who knows how to make it travel. 🎯

That's you: you turn a 10-minute raw video into a 60-second Reel that stops the scroll, write the caption that earns the save, keep DMs warm, and keep the community engaged. When the founder shares a rough idea, you sharpen it — you don't wait to be told what to do with it.

🎥 What You'll Do — Video Editing & Content Production

• Edit raw footage into short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks, ~60 sec) optimized for each platform
• Add the visual layer: captions, highlighted words, sound effects, callouts, background visuals — whatever makes it land
• Bring creative judgment: what to cut, what to reorder, what the hook should be. We want input, not just execution
• Write captions and copy in the founder's voice, adapted to each platform
• Stay on top of trends and proactively bring ideas — formats and styles that are working right now

📲 Social Media Management

• Publish consistently across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and others
• Triage LinkedIn DMs within 24 hours — respond warmly and guide interested people to the right place
• Monitor comments across platforms and flag anything that needs the founder's direct voice

👥 Community Management

• Actively moderate the community — this is a core responsibility, not a secondary one
• Post daily prompts, questions, and engagement content to keep the community active
• Engage with members regularly: celebrate wins, respond to comments, spark conversations
• Release content to the community 1 week before it goes live on social — same content, the community just sees it first. Exclusivity that feels intentional

✅ What We're Looking For — Must-Have

• Proficient in a professional video editing tool of your choice — we care about the output, not the software 🎞️
• Proven short-form content experience — you know what makes someone keep watching vs. swipe away
• Strong creative instincts — you watch a raw video and immediately know what it needs
• Strong written and spoken English 🗣️
• Proactive and self-directed — you get raw material, not a task list
• Mission-aligned — you care about helping people get unstuck and grow

📈 Seniority — We're Open to Both

• Junior / Semi-Senior (1–3 yrs): strong editing skills, fast learner, go-getter attitude. Mentorship support available
• Senior (3+ yrs): come prepared with case studies or portfolio work showing measurable results — follower growth, engagement rate, click-through, conversions. Don't wait for us to ask. Walk in with the data and let it speak for itself 📊

• Experience managing a personal brand or thought leader's social accounts
• Background in coaching, design, or career development content
