Join our Creative Crew

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Content Creator to develop engaging organic content across key platforms, including Meta, TikTok and YouTube. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media trends, has strong video editing skills, and can create high-performing content that aligns with our brand strategy. Experience in beauty, personal care or lifestyle brands a plus. This position works within the Creative team, while collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager to execute a social media strategy.

What you'll be doing

Organic Social Media Media

• Collaborate with cross-functunal team to build organic social media strategy for multiple in-house brands.
• Work closely with Marketing Manager to develop content concepts for Instagram, TikTok Facebook, and YouTube, while leveraging knowledge on trends.
• Create engaging, on-brand content that drives awareness, engagement and brand growth across multiple channels.
• Balance entertainment, education, and conversion-driven content.
• Contribute to analysing content performance and optimise content based on results.
• Identify what’s working and iterate/scale quickly
• Maintain organisation of content files

Content Creation & Video Editing

• Concept, shoot, edit and deliver short-form video and static content
• Edit and deliver static and video content for digital ads, retailer media placements, web, and other digital channels
• Turn product benefits into scroll-stopping, platform-native content
• Repurpose existing content across platforms to maximise performance
• Edit high-quality video content using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Ensure content is optimised for each platform/placement, meeting proper specifications and brand guidelines

Trend & Best Practice

• Stay across social trends, audio, formats and platform updates
• Proactively bring “best-in-class” ideas and content formats to the brand
• Translate trends into relevant, on-brand executions
• Identify opportunities for reactive and cultural marketing moments

Strategic Alignment

• Work within brand and campaign guidelines and strategies
• Ensure all content aligns with tone of voice, visual identity and brand objectives
• Support broader marketing initiatives through content creation

What you bring to the role

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media content creation
• Demonstrated experience creating content for Meta, TikTok and YouTube channels, both organic and paid ads
• Advanced video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro)
• Experience creating content for web and retail environments
• Strong eye for trends, storytelling and visual aesthetics
• Ability to work both creatively and strategically
• Highly organised with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong task management skills with ability to prioritise and pivot based on changing environment/trends
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
