Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Social Media Content Creator role based in Dubai, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Social Media Content Creator will plan, produce, and publish engaging content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other social channels. Daily tasks include capturing photos and videos during influencer experiences, writing captions and short-form copy, and scheduling posts to align with campaign timelines. The role involves collaborating closely with influencers, partner venues, and the internal marketing team to ensure brand consistency and high-quality deliverables. The Social Media Content Creator will also monitor engagement metrics, optimize content based on performance, and stay current with trends in social media and influencer marketing.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in social media content creation, including short-form video, photography, and copywriting for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Experience in social media management, including content planning, scheduling, and basic analytics tracking.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with influencers, clients, and internal teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current social media trends, influencer marketing practices, and audience engagement strategies.
• Proficiency with common content creation tools and apps (e.g., mobile editing tools, Canva, or similar software).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Prior experience in a marketing agency, influencer platform, or digital marketing role is preferred.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
