NLT is the professional cliff diving world tour. Athletes jump from 27 metres, hit the water at 85 km/h, and the whole thing is over in 3 seconds. Cliff diving generated 1 billion social media views in 2024, and our athlete roster carries a combined following of over 20 million.

We are athlete co-owned and built for the feed. Our content is not stock footage or brand fluff. It is real dives, real athletes, real events.

The role

You will edit raw cliff diving footage into vertical videos for Instagram and TikTok. The footage does the heavy lifting. Your job is to make it impossible to scroll past.

What you will do

• Turn raw dive and athlete footage into platform-ready vertical videos
• Build hooks that land in the first 1 to 3 seconds
• Add captions, text and music where the edit calls for it, without leaning on templates
• Work with authentic competition and athlete material, not stock assets

What you bring

• Proven experience editing short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Speed. You deliver quickly and at volume
• Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut or equivalent
• You work without hand-holding

Hours and pay

Remote. Your hours. You choose your weekly availability, from a few hours to full time (up to 40 hours per week). Starting rate is USD 5 to 10 per hour, rising with performance and output volume.
