Social Media & Content Internship
ISH is a paid community for women building careers and businesses: we run retreats, live workshops, online masterclasses, and a (NEW!) members app launching this year.
Content is how we show up in the world and bring new people in, and
we need someone to help us make it consistently good.
You’ll work directly with us on everything that gets posted: Reels, carousels, Stories, Tik Toks.
The direction and briefs come from us. You handle the execution and make sure it goes live looking right.
Your day to day
Reels & TikToks
- Edit footage from briefs we send
- Add captions, music, pacing
- Deliver to a deadline
Carousels & Stories
- Build carousels in Canva from copy we provide
- Put together Stories around campaigns and events
- Adapt assets across sizes and formats
Publishing
- Keep the content calendar moving
- Schedule and post across platforms
- Flag anything that needs a second look
This role is for you if...
You're genuinely on Instagram: you know what's trending, what formats are working right now, and you speak the language of the platform naturally.
You're comfortable in Canva and have an eye for what looks good: clean layouts, right fonts, nothing that feels off
You know the basics of CapCut and you're keen to get better at it: we don't need a pro, we need someone who's into it.
You're reliable, easy to work with, and looking to get your hands on real projects outside of university or personal work.
