We grew revenue 8x in 2025 and are building the next phase of the US-based business across physical products, software, and subscription experiences. NOBL is a functional travel brand built around a simple idea: travel products should solve real problems, not just look better. Every feature is designed to eliminate friction from the travel experience — from seamless organization and easy access, to tracking, connectivity, and protection. Flo Pilates brings studio-quality Pilates into the home through connected fitness hardware, content, and subscription experiences. Across both brands, we're building product ecosystems that deepen the customer relationship beyond the initial purchase and create recurring value over time. We're looking for builders who want autonomy, speed, and the ability to shape products at scale. The Opportunity Nysonian is hiring a Social Media & Content Manager to own organic social for NOBL and Flo Pilates across Instagram, TikTok, and other key channels. This is a hands-on role: you'll come up with the ideas, shoot and edit the content, write the captions, run the calendar, and be on camera when the moment calls for it. You'll own how both brands show up organically — turning trends and performance data into content that grows reach, engagement, and followers, while building a community that actually wants to hear from us. What You'll Own Organic social strategy and day-to-day management for NOBL and Flo Pilates across Instagram, TikTok, and other key channels End-to-end content creation: developing ideas, shooting and editing video, writing captions, and managing the posting calendar On-camera presence as a brand personality when the content calls for it Community engagement — responding, building relationships, and keeping both brands' voices consistent and authentic Using trends, cultural moments, and performance data to grow reach, engagement, and followers organically Reporting on organic performance and translating what's working into the next round of content Skills & Qualifications Proven experience running organic social for a consumer or DTC brand, with a portfolio of content that grew reach, engagement, or followers Hands-on content creation skills: you can shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok) yourself, not just brief someone else to do it Comfortable being on camera as a brand voice or personality Strong writing and a sharp instinct for platform-native tone across Instagram and TikTok Deep, current understanding of social trends and how to move fast on them without diluting brand voice Data-informed: comfortable reading performance metrics and adjusting content strategy based on what's working Able to manage two distinct brand voices (functional travel and connected fitness) without blurring them Comfortable working daily with LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) — for ideation, captions, scripting, and trend research. You don't need to be an AI expert, but you should already have this in your workflow, not be learning it on the job. This Role Is Not a Fit If You can strategize or brief content but can't personally shoot and edit it — this role requires hands-on creation, not just direction You're uncomfortable being on camera when the content calls for it You need a fully-built content system and established brand playbook to work from — this is being built as you go You prefer to focus on one platform or one brand — this role spans multiple channels across two distinct brands Compensation The expected total compensation range for this role is: 9k-14k AED / Monthly + Performance Bonus.
