About the role

You will be responsible for everything CEDX and 3 other company ventures. This includes all social media, website blogs, images, and videos. This is not just a job where you schedule a few posts every week. You must research each topic first and create content that is useful, interesting, and worth people’s attention.

You will use AI tools to work faster and produce more content, but the content must still feel original and high-quality. You should know how to write strong prompts, guide AI image and video tools, and recognize the difference between great content and content that only looks complete.

What you'll own ( For all 4 Company)

Social media (daily)

• LinkedIn — company page posts, long-form, carousels, engagement in comments
• X / Twitter — posts, threads, replies to relevant conversations
• Instagram — feed posts, stories, Reels
• Facebook — page posts and Reels
• Short-form video across all platforms — Reels, Shorts, vertical clips

Website content (3-4 /weekly)

• Blog posts and articles, SEO-aware, written for a real reader not a crawler
• Landing page copy, case studies, industry pages
• Keep published content current — refresh, fix, improve

Research (before anything gets written)

• Deep research on the topic, the industry, the audience, and what already ranks or performs
• Find the angle nobody else is using — not a rewrite of the top three Google results
• Track what competitors publish and what actually gets engagement
• Bring evidence, not opinions. If you claim something, you can point to where it came from.

Creative production

• AI image generation for posts, blog headers, ads
• AI video generation and editing for Reels and short-form
• Basic design work — thumbnails, carousels, quote cards

Reporting

• Track what worked and what didn't
• Report monthly on reach, engagement, traffic and what you're changing because of it

Required skills

Meta ecosystem

• Meta Business Suite — page management, scheduling, inbox
• Meta Ads Manager — campaign setup, audiences, creative testing, reading results
• Instagram and Facebook native tools, Reels publishing, Creator Studio

Marketing

• Understand positioning, audience, funnel and CTA — not just "content"
• Copywriting that sells without sounding like an ad
• SEO fundamentals — keyword intent, on-page structure, internal linking

Research and writing

• Can research a subject you knew nothing about that morning and write credibly on it that afternoon
• Clean, direct, native-level English writing
• Fact-checking discipline. You do not publish things you have not verified.

AI skills

• Strong prompting — you can get a model to produce exactly what you need, not roughly what you need
• Working knowledge of Claude / ChatGPT / Gemini for research, drafting and editing
• AI image generation — Midjourney, Gemini/Nano Banana, DALL·E, Ideogram or equivalent
• AI video generation — Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Sora, HeyGen or equivalent
• Ability to build a repeatable workflow out of these tools, not one-off experiments

Tools

• Scheduling and analytics tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite or similar)
• Basic editing (CapCut, Canva, Premiere or equivalent)
• Comfortable learning any new tool quickly

Nice to have

• Experience marketing B2B, SaaS, AI or professional services
• Video editing beyond the basics
• Email marketing / newsletter experience
• Familiarity with analytics (GA4, Search Console)
• A portfolio of accounts you grew — numbers attached

• Someone who publishes AI output without reading it
• "Content calendar filler" — volume without a point
• Someone who cannot show their own work
