Social Media & Content Specialist 📍 Cape Town (Remote, with in-person collaboration as needed) 🕒 Full-Time ABOUT THE COMPANY Eco Nappii is a fast-growing, founder-led baby-care brand disrupting the South African nappy market with 100% organic bamboo nappies, wipes and pull-ups. Built by a mother on a mission for health-first, honest baby care, Eco Nappii is a values-driven business that moves quickly and expects the people around it to move with it. ABOUT THE ROLE As we grow, we're looking for adaptable people with a clear area of strength who are also comfortable working across functions when needed. This role is part of a small, founder-led team where initiative, ownership and follow-through matter more than job titles and where you'll have real visibility into how the business is built and run. IS IT FOR ME? Experience in social media, content creation, community management or a creative marketing generalist role Comfortable planning and creating content, not just scheduling it Confident with Canva or similar design platforms, basic filming and basic video editing Strong copywriting and social storytelling skills Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking naturally about the brand Graphic design or photography experience is a strong advantage Based in Cape Town or surrounding areas WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Plan and manage Eco Nappii's social media strategy, content calendars and campaigns Create Reels, Stories, TikToks and other short-form video, including basic filming and editing Design social graphics, carousels and promotional assets in Canva or similar Write captions, copy and social storytelling that bring the brand to life Manage community engagement, social listening and trend spotting Source UGC and customer stories, and support launches, campaigns and events Turn shoots, events and everyday business moments into multiple pieces of content Brief and coordinate photographers, designers and other creative specialists when needed Track performance and use insights to improve future content Proactively spot content opportunities rather than waiting to be briefed WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
