Social Media & Content Specialist — Tchaikovsky School of Performing Arts

Location: Egypt | Remote | Full-time

Tchaikovsky School of Performing Arts is looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to take ownership of our social media content.

We have a large library of raw media from concerts, student performances, events, and activities across Riyadh, Jeddah, and Khobar.

What You'll Do

• Review and select the best content from our raw media library.
• Edit videos into engaging Reels, TikToks, and short-form content.
• Create graphic designs and social media creatives.
• Turn performances and school activities into compelling stories.
• Ensure all content reflects Tchaikovsky's vision, values, and visual identity.
• Manage the content approval process.
• Publish approved content across all social media platforms.
• Maintain a consistent, premium, artistic look across our channels.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with strong creative judgment and visual taste — not just someone who knows how to edit.

You should be able to look through hours of raw footage and identify the moments worth telling a story around.

Requirements:

• Strong video editing and graphic design skills.
• Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content.
• Strong sense of storytelling, composition, pacing, and visual quality.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the content process.
• Experience with tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar.
• Experience in music, performing arts, education, events, lifestyle, or premium brands is a plus.

The Workflow

Raw Media → Content Idea → Editing/Design → Approval → Publishing
