Are you a creative, detail-oriented social media enthusiast looking to make a difference in the digital ministry space? Binmin, a dynamic organization at the forefront of young adult ministry, is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to amplify our message and engage our growing online community.

Key Responsibilities

• Long-Form Video Finalization:

Collaborate with the video team to finalize long-form videos, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output. Upload videos to YouTube, optimize metadata for discoverability, and coordinate thumbnails with leadership.

• Short-Form Video Production & Posting:

Use tools like Opus Clip to create engaging short-form content tailored for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. Schedule posts with compelling descriptions to maximize reach.

• Social Media Management:

Schedule and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster connections with influencers and accounts.

Monitor trends and analytics, providing actionable recommendations for content strategy.

Design visually appealing posts and thumbnails for social platforms.

• LinkedIn Content:

Post monthly content to strengthen our professional network and build thought leadership.

• Organization & Reporting:

Maintain an efficient content library (e.g., Google Drive).

Provide regular performance reports to the team using analytics tools.

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for social media and commitment to Binmin’s mission.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to maintain brand voice and tone.
• Creativity and experience with graphic design.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and trend research.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and reliable with the ability to meet deadlines independently.

Time Commitment

• Long-Form Video: 1-2 hours per post
• Short-Form Video: 1.5-3 hours per week
• Engagement: 30 min-1 hour per week
• Trends/Analytics: 30 min each per week
• Design/Thumbnails (optional): 30 min–2 hours per week
